Return Window: 30 days from delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be approved.

Eligibility Conditions:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • All original accessories, manuals, cables, and inserts must be intact.
  • No signs of wear, installation, or activation.

Important Instructions:

  • You must contact support (Zenithsmart1@outlook.com) with your order number BEFORE returning any items to receive authorization and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care goods (beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Opened or used electronics (for change-of-mind returns only; defective items are covered under our defect policy).
  • Digital or downloadable products and gift cards.
  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items.
  • Items damaged by misuse, power surges, water exposure, or improper installation.

Refund Process:

  • Once received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (though it may take 7–14 business days depending on the bank).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Customer-paid: For non-defective items or general returns.
  • Store-paid: For approved defective or incorrect orders.
  • International returns: For items shipped from international warehouses, partial refunds, store credit, or replacements may be offered for items under £30/$30/€30 without requiring a physical return. Items over this value may require physical return at the customer's expense or alternative resolutions.
  • UK, EU, and US returns: Items fulfilled from our UK, European, or US warehouses benefit from lower return shipping costs and faster processing.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Notify support within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/video evidence.
  • For confirmed defective items, we offer direct replacements to expedite resolution.

Exchanges:

  • Direct exchanges are available for defective items. For change-of-mind returns, you must return the original item and place a new order.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

  • Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
