All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note:

Order processing begins after payment confirmation

High-demand periods may result in slight delays

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun


2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after processing and vary by destination:

United States: 7-14 business days

United Kingdom: 10-20 business days

International: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak seasons.


3. Shipping Costs

Tracking numbers are provided via email once the order ships

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost Packages

A package is considered lost if:

Tracking shows no movement for 15 business days (domestic)

Tracking shows no movement for 20 business days (international)

Once confirmed lost, we will offer:

Stolen Packages

Zenithsmart1 is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as stolen. We recommend shipping to secure locations.


9. Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Shipping timelines align with our 14-day return window, which begins upon delivery

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items
