Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping. We fulfill orders from multiple warehouse locations (UK, US, EU, and China) and automatically select the optimal warehouse to ensure the fastest delivery to your address.

  • UK: 2-5 business days (Standard) / 5-10 business days (International)
  • US: 3-7 business days (Standard) / 5-10 business days (International)
  • EU: 3-8 business days (Standard) / 5-12 business days (International)
  • Other International: 5-13 business days
  • Note: During peak periods (November-December), delivery may take an additional 5-10 business days.

Shipping Cost
Free shipping is offered on all orders.

Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email once the order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

Customs & Import Duties
For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

Shipping Availability
Shipping is currently available to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, European Union (including Denmark, France, Germany, Norway, and Sweden), and Australia.

Shipping Carriers
Carriers include USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, DHL, UPS, CJ Packet, and Lu Wei, depending on the destination and fulfillment location.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
The store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Delayed: Please allow an additional 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting support, as carrier delays can occur.
  • Lost: A package is considered lost if there is no tracking movement for 15 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international). In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • Stolen: The store is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery if available.
